Location
We are located in Kragujevac, in Serbia, country with a huge scientific
and technical potential located in South-Eastern Europe. Kragujevac is one of the scientific
and educational centers of Serbia, with a population of approximately 200 000 people.
Owing to the presence of several faculties dealing with computer science and our very tight
connections with them, we have an opportunity to reinforce our professional team with
highly qualified experts and talented graduates.
Team SoftSerbia
Co-founders and four leading men of our company met at the local University in the late 90s.
After finishing studies and several years of freelance programming and gathering experience Softserbia was officially founded in 2003.
Every year the team was expanding so today Softserbia has 10 employees and few programmers we hire on contract bases.
Novica Lukic, Founder & CEO
Novica Lukic, 31, is responsible for the overall management of the business, including management of our ISO 9001 compliant quality management system.
Before founding SoftSerbia Novica worked at the local University as teaching assistant at the Mathematical faculty.
Dalibor Ilijevski, Founder & CTO
Dalibor Ilijevski, 33, also worked at the local University where he met Novica.
He is strong on IT know-how and responsible for managing our infrastructure, methodology and technologies (including knowledge base, tools and necessary skills) for our software development process.
Igor Vuckovic, Founder & Project Leader
Igor, 28, is experienced, highest-class software engineer, having excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and numerous other technologies.
As project leader he outlines and produces best technical solutions, coordinates and monitor projects, contacts and project activities internally in the project groups.
Saša Simic, Founder & Project Leader
Saša, 31, is also strong on PHP and MySQL and numerous other technologies.
He also works as project leader, maintaining client relationship and supervise the overall solutions development process.
Customer-centric approach plays important role in our development.
