995 Unit converter for Pocket PC
Powerfull utility application developed in year 2004 for our USA client 995Soft. In 2005 995Soft is acquired by Filao mobile. 995 UNIT CONVERTER for Pocket PC unit & currency converter with 4,000+ conversions, including currencies, distances, temperatures, weights, etc. Perfect when traveling abroad, in the kitchen, at school, in the lab, at work... The goal of the project was to port application from Palm OS to Pocket PC. The biggest challenge was the requirement of using the same database file on both platforms. To achieve this we had to build Palm pdb database manager on Pocket PC. Project duration was 1 month. |
